This remarkable event highlighted the challenges of reuniting lost pets with their families and sparked our mission to improve pet recovery systems. Recognizing the gaps in traditional pet management solutions, emili was founded in 2016 to equip counties, municipalities, veterinarians, and shelters with a seamless system that streamlines pet licensing, optimizes shelter workflows, and accelerates lost pet recovery through geo-fenced tracking and AI facial recognition.
