A finder scans the tag’s QR code with their phone and can quickly reach your pet’s profile and the contact options you chose to make available — no app needed. You can also report the pet lost in your portal, which alerts the municipality, the shelter and opted-in residents.
No. Both you and the person who finds your pet use a regular web browser. The tag has no batteries and no GPS — it works anywhere there’s a phone camera.
